Why You Should Hire Me

With nearly 30 years of retail sales experience and more than 20 years working in the culinary field (overlapping of course!), I am uniquely positioned to offer you a variety of assistance tools.  My culinary background affords you my knowledge of how cooks and chefs work and allows me to set their work space accordingly.  Because I have 15 years of LIVE cooking demonstration experience, I understand how to set up demo space.  I work with Chefs all of the time; I speak their language and nothing is lost in translation.  My sales experience makes me a natural for repping your product in your booth/space at trade shows and other events.  I have sold everything at one time or another and I often joke that I could sell ham to a Rabbi (seriously, I didn’t know he was a Rabbi, but I DID get him interested in the product).

As an active member of the culinary community, I have a wide network of people available to call upon in several cities, if necessary, and I am not afraid to ask for help or admit my own limitations.  If I can’t do it, I will tell you up front.  I am REALLY detail oriented and when I work my mantra is “the devil is in the details”.  Because I am an independent contractor, I am very flexible with my hours and I have complete autonomy with scheduling.
