Where are you and Good For Spooning based?

Do you travel to other locations?

YES! I will travel to Timbuktu for you if needed.  The key being that travel expenses are to be covered.  Keep in mind that my strongest assets in staffing and purchasing are on the West Coast of the United States.

Can you cater my wedding?

NO! I am sure you are going to have a fabulous magical wedding event, but I am not a caterer.

Will you help me plan my wedding?

Not just no, but HELL NO! I am not a wedding planner. I do not handle entertainment, arrange flowers, write/print/send invitations or schedule fittings for dresses. (<cringe>Especially the fittings.</cringe>) Unlike other event planners who claim they can handle all events, I specialize in working culinary events and trade shows.

What do you have against weddings?

Absolutely nothing. I just do not plan them. Period. Yet, if you need a colorful character that will be remembered for years on end as the, “Funniest offensive person I have ever met and cannot believe they were invited.” I know people who know people who are those people.

Have you gone to culinary school?

Yes, I did attend culinary school, but I did not graduate. I attended for my own personal enjoyment.

What makes you feel you are qualified to work in my space at a trade show?

Also known as, “Who do you think you are?” I have over 1,000 plus live cooking demos under my belt and over 30 years of sales experience.  I am a natural when it comes to promoting your products in your space.

I need someone who can work with our Corporate Chef that is visiting Las Vegas, can you help with that?

I am your girl. Period. Working with visiting Corporate Chefs is one of the best parts of my job.  I live in Las Vegas and I have the “know how” and connections to find and secure whatever your Chef needs.

How do I know my Culinary Event and/or Chef is in great hands?

I speak Chef, I know a kitchen, I can talk and cook at the same time (a skill few possess) and I ask questions before I even take the job. I ask questions that help you, your Chef, and I find the obstacles to the event being a success and how to overcome them. I speak the truth to a capital “T.” You will never be in doubt about what I can or cannot do. There is no guessing, hoping, praying or good luck charm rubbing that your event will be just okay. In my hands your event will be fabulous!  All of those traits I possess combine into making one hell of an amazing event. Relax Chef. I got this.
